We are operating in a 2/3 tier partner centric environment and enjoy the trust of several thousands of these channel partners for a very professional marketing support, technical sales support, logistics, policy administration and credit control.
We gathered that the channels are expecting us to offer more products to them. This we strongly believe is an expression to seek fulfillment from a stable and robust distributor in a rift-driven and dissatisfied existing I.T. Distribution space. In the recent past, there were buy-out and mergers in the I.T. Distribution market place, which perhaps led to this apprehension amongst the channel partners that led them to aspire to work with a fortified and consistent partner such as Kores.
We are indeed ready to augment our product basket by introducing more I.T. products to our existing partners and add more partners in times to come. The Peripherals Consumables & Storage Division operates in a robust environment with its own VPN and the group is into its third phase of SAP implementation. These initiatives will certainly add more strength to its existing business practices. The business vertical also enjoys widespread network of branches in India.
