| How to Use |
Cut the required length of co extruded Resin and hardener stick. Mix together by kneading with the hand till the mixture acquires a uniform color and becomes homogenous. Use the mixture at the earliest on a dry, clean and oil free surface. After applying it smoothen the mixture, while still tacky, with wet cloth by pressing a polythene sheet and peel off other curing. Machining and painting is possible after complete curing.

Industrial sealing blow holes, cracks and leakages in ferrous and non-ferrous castings. Gives smooth finish to joints and corners and sealing holes / cracks in wooden and metal pattern / fabrications, boilers, ships boat and trawlers.
Useful in dynamic balancing and grouting of machines on floor.
Repairing internal threads of various types of machine pump.
Sealing cracks in castings of meters / gearboxes etc.
Electrical Sealing and insulating cable terminals,cable entery into switch boxes, machines, etc. sealing leakages in transformers,oil circuit breakers and other oiln filled electrical switchgear equipments.
Automobile Filling body dents and cracks.Sealing leakages in radiators,diesel / petrol tanks, water / fuel pump, engine blocks.

First aid measures:
Skin normally by mixing by hand it does not cause any skin irritation,but in some cases with sensitive skins it may cause irritation or sensitization. In such cases wash the hands with plenty of water and soap and use hand gloves for application.
Eyes in case of contact with eye,wash with plenty of water and consult physician immediately.
Ingestion If swallowed,it may be harmful.Immediately consult physician.While grinding,sanding or drilling wear protective eyeglasses and dust masks. The cured mask of epoxy is generally non-toxic. Kee away from children

What is pot life or usable life?
Pot life or usable life is the amount of time that adhesive has before it becomes unusable.
What is 'handling time'?
This is the time after which the bonded joints or assembly can be safely handled or removed from any holding jigs or clamps. A further period of time is required to reach full cure and the full performance capability of the adhesive and bonded assembly.
What is cure time?
This is the amount of time required for the adhesive to reach its'specified performance properties. This time is typically temperature dependent, the lower the temperature the longer the time required.
What is shelf life?
This is the amount of time that the customer has to use the material before its expiration date. shelf life varies according to both chemistry,technology and the specific product involved and is teperature dependent (the higher the temperature the lower the shelf life). Typically an epoxy will have a longer shelf life than an acrylic or polyurethane adhesive.
What does surface pretreatment or preparation mean?
Surface pre-treatment is a process where the substrates are modified to better accept the adhesive.This can include abrasion, etching,flame treatment, solvent cleaning or even just a dry wipe. Surface quality and preparation is essential for sucess. Poor surface quality or contamination can cause short term or long-term performance problems with the adhesive bonds.
